How do I order?

Select Cakes, Cupcakes, or Other Treats from the Menu dropdown in the main menu at the top left of the page. Fill out the form to request cakes or cupcakes and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Order treats directly from the site!

How do I Pay you?

Once your order is confirmed, I’ll send an invoice. The invoice is payable via credit card online. I will only accommodate deposits for orders $300+. All orders must be paid in full before pickup.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

All cake and cupcake orders require 2-3 weeks notice, depending on availability.  All other treat orders requires a 1 week notice. Please note that in the chance a last minute order can be accommodated, any orders received less than 72 hours in advance will incur a $25 rush fee.

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed we will plan a pickup time at the Bakes by Izzy bakeshop.

DO you make Nut free treats?

Yes! Most of my treats are nut free but they are made in a kitchen that processes nuts. Let me know of any allergies so I can take extra special care when preparing your order.

How can I reschedule my treats?

All cake and cupcake cancellations or rescheduling require 5 days notice. If that isn’t possible, for a small fee I can freeze and hold onto your cake until you are ready. All other treat orders require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. No refunds are available.
